Refund Policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026

At Premier Library, we want customers to purchase our digital products with confidence. Our store offers eBooks, practical guides, tutorials, and other downloadable educational materials.

Alongside any statutory rights that may apply, Premier Library provides a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To submit a refund request, contact:

customer@premierlibrary.com

Please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used to place the order;
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request.

Because our products are supplied digitally, there is no physical item that needs to be returned.

Review of Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

When assessing a request, we may consider relevant information such as:

  • Order and payment status;
  • Digital delivery records;
  • Product access information;
  • Details provided by the customer;
  • Previous refund activity where relevant.

Where a refund is approved, the amount will normally be returned to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed where legally permitted.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider, or payment service.

Faulty, Misdescribed, or Non-Conforming Digital Content

Our voluntary 30-day guarantee does not replace or reduce statutory consumer rights.

Under applicable UK consumer law, paid digital content must meet relevant legal standards, including requirements relating to:

  • Satisfactory quality;
  • Fitness for purpose;
  • Conformity with its description.

If digital content does not meet the required standard, the customer may have legal remedies depending on the circumstances. These may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Immediate Digital Delivery

Premier Library products may be made available shortly after payment is successfully confirmed.

For digital content supplied during a period in which a cancellation right would otherwise apply, UK consumer rules may require the customer to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect that beginning access or download can have on that cancellation right.

This does not remove rights relating to digital content that is faulty, misdescribed, unsafe, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Refund Processing Time

Where a customer is legally entitled to a refund, it will be processed without undue delay and within any timeframe required by applicable law.

Where relevant UK consumer rules apply, this may require payment within 14 days from the date the customer becomes entitled to the refund.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another arrangement is expressly agreed where permitted.

Our voluntary 30-day guarantee does not reduce any statutory refund rights.

Misuse of the Refund Process

Premier Library may review or decline requests made under the voluntary 30-day guarantee where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Repeated or abusive refund claims;
  • Duplicate refund requests;
  • Unauthorised sharing or redistribution of digital products;
  • Other misuse of the guarantee.

This section applies only to our voluntary commercial guarantee and does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
